Well it's official. I am done with school and although I didnt make the honor roll like previously planned, the point is that I passed all classes and am done. since B&II I had classes in "American Cuisine", "International", and the restaurant practical, which covers the front and back of the house. I did my externship at a restaurant here in town and didnt really learn anything new except how to move faster...

i have new respect for servers now though and my friend makes it look really easy when I have such a hard time Bee Essing with people. I need a smoke...

Smoke done. so now I focus on a career. The place I'm at now isn't the place for me so i gotta pass tests n stuff. I better go study, so talk at you later!
